Automatic rail mounting arm AA-RDS

• Active arm that takes over the motor movement and simulates and executes the cutting during the cutting phase.
• Original reproduction of the rail underhead in the clamp of the rail mounting arm, for optimum and safe connec-tion with the rail.
• Indication of the precise cutting position integrated directly in the clamp.
• Simple option of turning over the grinding cutter in a quick and easy way without first removing it from the rail, to continue with the cut on the opposite side of the rail.
• Rail mounting arm joint fitted with high-precision bearings in order to prevent axial play and avoid any offset with cutting on both sides.
• Rail mounting arm can be secured in a resting position to ease the positioning and mounting of the grinding cutter.
