Product features
The Electro Crimper EC-65 can be used for crimping a variety of different contacts. The crimping process is triggered via a foot switch. This results in both hands being free to insert conductor and contact. An additional two-step operating mode allows the contact to be fixed before the crimping process. This simplifies the processing of complex crimp contacts and avoids bad crimps. The contact gap of the dies is adjustable in 5 steps. A die change is simple and is done quite easily.
We manufacture crimp dies for custom requirements ac- cording to customer requirements. For quality assurance, a cross-sectional image of the crimped contact is created on request.
